So, the results are in on my 
Chicken Fried Steak experiment, and I would say they were mixed.  The multiple dippings definitely made for more crunchy sticks, but I could have done with a bit more flavor in my strips, and I don't really know how to fix that.  We all ate them, and they didn't take that long, but I am not sure that I will make them again.  Have you tried these before?  What were your results?
