Menu Plan Monday ~ 10 - 11

I am thinking that I should really post my "what actually happened last week" so you could all see :). This week I'll keep track and update by monday next week :). I really need to buy some meat this week, because I really have very little left in my freezer, so some of this may really change depending on what I can find by way of meat at the store.

Sunday - Lasagna, salad, and homemade garlic rolls. These Garlic Rolls are great and they don't take a lot of effort (even though they do take a lot of time). They should be a great complement to the meal.
Monday - chicken broccoli casserole, salad
Tuesday - Hotdogs, salad, chips, baked beans
Wednesday - Church
Thursday - Shrimp Alfredo
Friday - Family night
Saturday - Game night, something easy- Tortilla Pizza's are a good bet - just put pizza toppings on a tortilla and bake in oven or toaster oven for 5- 10 minutes at 350.

I also want to get a few fun kitchen extras done this week. I'll let you know how I do.

  2. It is wonderful! Sometimes I feel a little bit guilty about the chocolate at breakfast, is so good! I figure she is getting protein and fiber also.
